GET smART

The JCG will be presenting GET smART, a curated exhibition featuring more than 60 works from select international, national and local artists who have participated in the Gallery’s exhibition program since it opened in 1998.

The artists, who work from a diverse range of art practices, include internationally-recognised media artists such as Christa Sommerer & Laurent Mignonneau, Bill Viola and Tracey Moffatt and Western Australian artists Robert Juniper, Pippin Drysdale, Brian Blanchflower and Nalda Searles.

Visitors will be able to purchase works for their own art collections at a closing auction on Friday 13 August with proceeds supporting the Gallery’s 2011/12 exhibition program.
